Refund Policy

You can request a refund from Zitnikboost in the following cases:

  • We are unable to fulfill the service according to agreed terms
  • Your service has not yet begun and you would like to cancel it
  • In case your order is in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund.

To submit a request, contact our support team via zitnikboost@gmail.com . The rules and regulations of refund procedures are presented below.

We only consider requests within 48 hours. It takes between 1 and 14 business days to transfer the money back. The exact time depends on the particular payment systems. Zitnikboost can not influence this process.

No commission is applied to refunds.
